Description
We are a fast-growing international renewable energy company. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration and Payroll Coordinator to support our Spanish team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — from office administration and supplier coordination to payroll, timekeeping, and employee record management. If you’re detail-oriented, communicative, and fluent in English, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
• Manage supplier purchase orders and oversee deliveries.
• Organise transportation for transfers and shipments.
• Provide general office administration support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative processes.
• Maintain employee working hours and timesheets.
• Process payroll and support monthly payment runs.
• Manage holiday requests and records.
• Record sickness absence and maintain accurate employee data.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent English (essential).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in payroll, HR administration, or office management (preferred).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR/Payroll software experience is a plus.
