We are an international architectural and construction company based on the Costa del Sol. We specialise in high-quality residential projects, including luxury villas, renovations, and bespoke developments for an international clientele. Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect (Arquitecto Técnico / Aparejador) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong on-site experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from planning through execution while working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction works on site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical documentation, and local regulations
- Manage budgets, measurements, and cost control
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and technical teams
- Control timelines, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
- Review technical drawings and construction details
- Act as a key point of contact between architects, clients, and builders
Requirements
- Degree in Technical Architecture (Arquitecto Técnico / Aparejador)
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience, preferably in residential projects
- Strong knowledge of Spanish building regulations and construction processes
- Proven experience managing construction sites and multiple projects
- A working knowledge of both English and Spanish is essential
- Valid driving licence and availability to travel across the Costa del Sol
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
