About the Role
We are looking for confident and commercially minded appointment setters to support outbound business development campaigns. This role goes beyond basic calling — you will be responsible for opening conversations with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified meetings that help businesses grow their sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to senior decision-makers
- Introduce services in a professional, consultative manner
- Identify business challenges and potential opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on defined business development criteria
- Secure high-quality appointments for senior sales or account teams
- Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes and insights
- Represent campaigns with credibility, professionalism, and confidence
Skills & Experience
- Experience in business development, appointment setting, or B2B telesales
- Strong conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence speaking with managers, directors, and senior stakeholders
- Ability to follow campaign messaging while adapting to live conversations
- Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
