Description
We are seeking customer service agents to join our team.
Duties include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Low volume of outbound calls as required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
- Accurately logging events on internal systems
- Other related admin tasks as required
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and fluent in English
- A strong attention to detail
- Computer literate (system/software training provided)
Working hours:
Monday-Friday 1:30pm-5:30pm
