We have openings for sales agents to come and join us in either the Pollença or Palma office.
We have an office in the El Terreno district of Palma, an area which is currently being restored to its former glory and trendy environment. And our office in Pollença is very well known with many opportunities to list properties and sell to our buyers.
Want to join our team? We are looking to expand our team by engaging a high-energy, ambitious sales consultant.
We offer you to join the team of Property Consultants and management at our Pollença and Palma offices in an environment which will provide you with everything you need to be successful.

Our job is challenging but we know that with the support of the company's resources, you can get out there selling properties and earning money!
Do I need experience in the real estate sector?
It doesn’t matter if you have experience or not; we will train you as a Real Estate Consultant. You will receive full and professional training. You will learn to list and sell properties. We offer the best training and a complete career plan.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the real estate sector or in sales related sectors.
- International profile with languages.
- Live in Mallorca already and have the correct paperwork to work in Spain (NIE/DNI/Residency/TIE/SS number), or with the intention to move to the island.
- Place of work: In person in the office (20% in the office calling to generate business opportunities and interaction with the other members of the team and 80% combining viewings and listing properties.)
- To be registered in the Estate Agents Register in the Balearic Islands or in conditions to do so.

Competitive remuneration package
- Base salary
- Commissions from sales variable depending on annual volume of sales (more sales, higher commission.)
- Commission as Listing Agent, plus additional commissions for:
· Sole agency (exclusivity) when property has been sold
· Fees obtained when property has been sold
- Additional commissions for using:
· Currency exchange companies, mortgage brokers and other services.
