Role: Office Manager + WordPress Administrator
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
The Role
We are looking for a versatile, tech-savvy professional to keep our physical and digital 'offices' running smoothly. This unique hybrid role is perfect for a highly organised individual who is as comfortable managing a calendar as they are updating a plugin or troubleshooting a layout shift in WordPress.
Key Responsibilities
- WordPress Management: Perform regular site maintenance, update content/blogs, manage plugins, monitor security, and coordinate with hosting providers.
- Office Operations: Manage scheduling, handle vendor relations, oversee digital filing and provide general administrative support.
- Optimisation: Improve office workflows and suggest technical improvements to our website’s user experience.
- Communication: Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and internal team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (College Degree).
- WordPress Expertise: Proven experience with the WordPress dashboard, Gutenberg or Elementor/Divi builders, and basic SEO best practices.
- Tech-Fluent: Proficiency in [Google Workspace/Microsoft 365], project management tools (Asana/Trello), and basic troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written communication, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
