Description
We operates within the aircraft maintenance industry, supporting safe, compliant and efficient aviation operations. We are currently looking for a Documentation Assistant to join our team and support maintenance activities through accurate documentation control and technical data management.
This role is suitable both for candidates who are ambitious and motivated or have previous aviation experience, the skills needed, attention to detail, and the right mindset for working in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Accurate entry and maintenance of technical and operational data in company IT systems
- Preparation and compilation of job cards and technical service packages
- Review and verification of documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Scanning, archiving, and structuring documentation in line with traceability and audit requirements
- Preparation of documentation for internal use and external release
- Day-to-day documentation and administrative support to the Planning Department
- Contribution to process improvement, documentation accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in aviation or technical documentation is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Candidates with experience in document control, administration, logistics, quality, or regulated environments are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured information
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, if required
- Valid EU/EEA passport or unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
Full training and onboarding will be provided to motivated candidates without prior aviation experience.
