Are you the driving force we're looking for?
We are looking for our new Office Manager and Operations Support. We aren't looking for someone just to 'be present' in the office; we want the person who will truly drive it operationally.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting documentation for the external accounting firm.
- Manage logistics (office and a small vehicle fleet).
- Support the real estate department and project management.
- Customer service.
What You Need:
- Languages: English and Spanish. Additional languages are a strong plus.
- Organized DNA: If chaos stresses you out, this is your place; if you are the chaos, it isn't.
- Excel: Advanced level (formulas, etc.).
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in an administrative role with customer service.
