Description
We are looking for a reliable and versatile Office and Property Operations Assistant to support our office and property management activities in Estepona Port.
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone proactive, organised, and comfortable working across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing car rental collections and returns
- Cleaning and preparing vehicles, and delivering them to clients when required
- Conducting check-ins for arriving holiday rental guests
- Assisting in our laundry department, serving customers
- Inspecting properties and reporting maintenance issues
- Supporting property maintenance coordination
- Assisting with property sales viewings
- Handling walk-in and telephone enquiries
- Testing and supporting internal computer programs
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the office
Candidate Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and ability to use in-house software systems)
- Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English
- Additional languages such as German, Dutch, or Swedish are highly desirable
- Professional appearance and manner
- Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends
- Full driving licence preferred
