We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive individual to join as a Personal Assistant to a CEO in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
This role is essential to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, so strong attention to detail, time management, and anticipation skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing calendar and coordinating meetings
• Organizing travel and logistics (personal and professional)
• Supporting administrative and personal tasks
• Liaising with clients and internal teams
• Coordinating events and following up on tasks
Profile:
• Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluent English - Spanish required. German will be considered also.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
