We’re looking for someone who can own, improve, and build operational systems — not just follow them. You’ll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly while identifying where things can work better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across departments
- Maintain accurate systems, records, and documentation
- Support invoicing, payments, and basic financial tracking
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards
- Manage stock, resources, and administrative processes
- Identify inefficiencies and improve how things are done
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Experience in operations, admin, or coordination roles
- Confident with systems (CRM, Excel, etc.)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
You must be someone who:
- Can work from an outline, not just instructions
- Naturally improves processes
- Takes ownership and responsibility
