We are one of the largest handyman service companies based in Canada and are pleased to announce the launch of our global recruitment campaign for the position of Customer Support Agent. We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills and proficiency in English, French, Spanish, Italian or German.
Position: Customer Support Agent
Work Type: Fully Remote (including training and interview)
Location: Worldwide
Job Details:
* Training: 2 weeks (4 hours per day, 5 days per week)
* Training Compensation: USD 10 per hour
* Employment Contract: 1 year, renewable based on performance and ratings
* Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, rotating shifts
* Base Salary: USD 21 per hour + performance-based bonuses
* Night Shift Bonus: 50% additional pay
Requirements:
* Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop
* Strong communication skills
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Ability to follow company procedures and client requirements
