Postal workers demonstrate in Bilbao today outside their workplace, where they have been on strike for 18 days, while the build up of undelivered mail in Vizcaya reaches a historical level of two and a half million letters and packages.
Large numbers of shop workers have also staged a demonstration today through the main streets and the Old Town in Bilbao, informing other workers about the strike called for today to demand fresh negotiations on the general wages agreement, while they shouted slogans, handed out leaflets and placed stickers on the windows of some shops.
