The accused, who has not been named but whose Twitter username is RastaBullSmoker, wrote: “Aixina es faa ostia!” (That's the way to do it!), “A matarlos a tots!” (Let's kill them all!), “Més tirs al cap de PPeros!” (Let's have more PP members shot in the head!), and “Isabel CarrasKO.”
The youth, from Tavernes de la Valldigna (Valencia province), continued in the same vein and in the regional language, valenciano, by writing: “Now they only need to kill Rajoy, Soraya Sáez (sic) de Santa María, Aguirre, Aznar, Fabra, Paquito [Francisco] Camps, Rita Barberá, Cospedal...”
In later messages, the accused added, “Line them up for me side by side and give me an AK-47, and watch how I finish off all those sons of bitches and [expletive] fascists.”
Guardia Civil officers turned up at his home, carried out a search and seized a laptop, five USB memory sticks, three hard drives, five memory cards, a computer tower and a mobile telephone.
They then arrested the teen on charges of apology for murder, saying the messages showed his 'agreement' with the fatal shooting of the PP leader for León provincial council.
In the meantime, the self-confessed murderer, María Montserrat González Fernández, 58, and her daughter, Montserrat Triana Martínez González, 35, have been remanded in custody in separate wings without bail.
María Montserrat said she 'killed [Isabel Carrasco] because she deserved it' and because 'she had caused so much damage to the family', referring to her daughter's having been fired from her post as telecommunications engineer at León provincial council.
The mother had apparently been planning the crime for two years, made five thwarted attempts on Sra Carrasco's life which she never got to find out about, and had detailed maps and documentation showing her movements on a daily basis throughout that time.
The police say they are 'dealing with two psychopaths'.
León provincial council, however, say they did not sack Montserrat, who had previously been a candidate for the PP in the 2007 elections, but that her contract had simply expired and not been renewed.
She was later taken on by the provincial council of Navarra.
It was initially Montserrat, held in custody for covering up the murder, who handed the gun in a bag to a Local Police officer, 41-year-old R. G., which got her arrested when she gave it to the National Police.
In the beginning, it was thought that the murder weapon had been a police gun, since Montserrat's father and María Montserrat's husband has been an inspector for the local force for 20 years.
But it later transpired the mother bought the gun from a heroin addict who subsequently died from an accidental overdose.
The accused's husband Pablo Antonio Martínez has been transferred, at his own request, to Gijón (Asturias), several provinces north of León and a city in which he owns a flat.
