A CONCERT by French DJ David Guetta due to take place last night (Saturday) in Palma de Mallorca was cancelled at the last minute by organisers XLR Music.
According to the promoters, the show was 'unable to go ahead in the end', but the reasons were not stated.
XLR said it would explain why 'in the next few hours', but following the announcement just two-and-a-half hours before the chart-topper was due to appear on stage, nothing has as yet been mentioned.
A huge media turnout was planned for what was due to be a 'massive worldwide event' in the Balearic city.
XLR Music, whose fan website www.entradasatualcance.com is the only official channel for refunds on tickets, says it will explain shortly what Guetta followers will need to do in order to claim their money back.
The show was due to take place at 20.00hrs at the Son Fusteret stadium.
XLR Music says it is 'deeply sorry' for any 'inconvenience' caused to fans as a result of the concert's being cancelled.
