A BRITISH woman is reported to have lost her life after falling from a balcony in a hotel complex in Tenerife.
She is thought to have been staying near the Playa de las Américas, which belongs to the inland town of Adeje in southern Tenerife, although it is not known whether she was on holiday from the UK or was an expatriate in Spain.
Her age, and the circumstances around her fall have not been revealed, and more information is expected to follow shortly.
So far, official sources have only stated that her family has been given Consular assistance.
