MATRIX actor Keanu Reeves was guest of honour at Cheste (Valencia province) MotoGP circuit this weekend – always the final date on the calendar and the one that decides who is world champion.
Keanu, 53, who is half-English, a quarter Chinese and a quarter Hawaiian, born in Beirut (Lebanon) and grew up in Canada – of which he is a citizen – took a stroll through the paddock ahead of the qualifier yesterday (Saturday) and was around for the race today (Sunday).
The Point Break and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure star took time out to pose for selfies with fans – including the above picture posted on Instagram by user Sujmun (José Luis Sújar), which has already gone viral.
Those who found out about Keanu's presence in time would not have been able to get to the MotoGP at Cheste to try to meet him – all tickets have been sold out for many months.
