Malú and Albert Rivera snapped by ¡Hola! after confirming pregnancy

Rivera, who gave up politics after the centre-right party he created suffered a crushing defeat in the November 10 general elections, and Malú – whose late uncle, Paco de Lucía, is widely considered by the world's top guitar legends to be the world's top guitar legend – admitted nearly three weeks ago that the rumours they were going to have a baby were true.

In that time, Malú, 37, has put her multi-million pad up for sale, her ex-boyfriend has gone public with gossip from their relationship, and congratulations have come from the couple from Ciudadanos' new leader Inés Arrimadas and fellow pop name Antonio Orozco.

¡Hola! magazine snapped the couple – who only got together in 2019 – whilst they were having breakfast in a café at a shopping centre in the Madrid suburbs close to where they are currently living.

This will be their first Christmas as a serious couple, so they have a lot of planning and organising to do.

Whilst the Mediterranean and south coast are experiencing temperatures of around 20ºC and about 12ºC to 15ºC at night – despite gale-force winds on the east coast – Madrid at this time of year feels very wintery indeed and even more so with Storm Fabien on the way, so Malú and Albert were seen wrapped up in coats and several layers.

As yet, they have not revealed whether their baby – the first child for Malú, and the second for Rivera – is going to be a boy or a girl, or even whether they know.

But reporter Laura Fa accidentally let slip it may be a boy.

And Rivera's Spotify account includes a 'playlist' of just two songs, and is titled Mario.

His only other playlist is called Daniela, the name of his eight-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

The above photograph is an earlier snap of the couple, since the 'official' one now posted is the exclusive property of the magazine.

But the article that follows it shows that although the singer and former politician have long been fiercely-protective about their private life, they are now publicly established.
