Gang of drug dealers arrested on Lanzarote

National Police have arrested five members of a drug dealing gang on Lanzarote. Two Colombians, two citizens of the Dominican Republic, as well as a local man were arrested after being caught in possession of 2.2kg of cocaine, €5,500, and three luxury cars.
Sources close to the investigation reveal that the gang had been under surveillance for a couple of months because their extravagantly ostentatious lifestyle did not tally with their unemployed status.
