A local man found the body of a man at 6am this morning on Capri beach in the town of Calpe. The victim's identity has not been confirmed, but he is described as a European man, thought to be aged around 35 years old, and dressed in sports gear. The body was removed for autopsy at 9.30am on the orders of a Denía municipal court judge, and Calpe Guardia Civil detectives have launched an investigation. The man appears to have died recently, but it is not known if there were any signs of violence.
