Visits to the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. In addition, they will be required to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.

Legal Information and Terms: To reserve the property, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. This deposit is refundable within the statutory timeframes following the handover of the property, subject to compliance with the contract and the property being returned in good condition, in accordance with the Spanish Urban Leasing Act (LAU).
Pursuant to Art. 20.1 of Law 12/2023 on the Right to Housing, real estate management fees and contract formalization costs are borne by the landlord for primary residence rentals. This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to seasonal rentals or leases for use other than housing (such as commercial premises); in these cases, the tenant shall pay the agency fees (one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC tax).
