The complex has a communal pool, from which you can see wonderful views, garden areas and stairs. It also has access via stairs that connects you directly to the beach.

Close to service areas such as bus stops, taxis, supermarkets, leisure areas, shopping centers, restaurants and a short distance from the golf course.

Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. In addition, guests will be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).

Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. According to these regulations, the information form for short-term leases, corresponding to each category and type of lease, must be submitted annually, containing information on the activity carried out during the previous year.
