In addition:
Spanish like to organize their weddings in the countryside and in such be able to profit from the external facilities offered.
It is therefore interesting to know that besides the actual property, a flat plot of 150.000m² is also on sale but not included in the price sale of "Bodas y Más Masia”. This plot is just around the property and could be used for adding more wedding rooms for example, a landscaped garden, a pond, a play garden for the children and so much more that attracts.
Another business possibility would be, to remodel this characterfilled property into a luxurious residence for the international & Spanish elderly. Luxurious residences are rare and most of the time, international elder persons return to their home country because of this lack in "better” residences in the countryside.
And then also not to forget, is to focus on the activities around the national parc & Boicairent itself, declared artistichistorical heritage site and Sierra de Mariola parc wellknown for its "active tourism, its fauna & flor richness, its ice caves and so much more”.
In other words "Bodas y Más Masia” is a property with lots of potential. Reason for sale is that the owner would like to profit from its deserved pension. So don’t wait and book a viewing.
This amazing property is waiting for you!
