About the costs for the building, if we compare costings for a Villa like recent contracts, the costs won’t be under 1.200,00 € Euros /m2 for the house, and 700,00 € Euros /m2 for the basement, plus allow outdoor areas treatment and pool. One could purchase the plot, have a custom-built house with pool for under 350.000€ to achieve the view shown in the render images. All these prices plus IVA (10% for new houses).
