Our agency offers an apartment for rent located in one of the most comprehensive complexes in Playa del Cura. It offers a resort-like experience in its communal areas, including a large heated outdoor pool, a terrace with sun loungers, a poolside bar, and a games room.

Available for long-term stays with water and electricity included in the price. It is also available for single-month rentals for €1590 with all expenses included. It has a maximum capacity of two adults. Pets are not allowed.

The fully renovated apartment features a terrace with stunning sea and garden views, a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom.

Close to amenities such as a supermarket, bars, restaurants, taxi rank, bus stop, and right next to the beach promenade.

Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. In addition, guests will be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).

Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It came into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs will be borne by the landlord.

This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than residential, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal lease agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).

Obligation to comply with current regulations applicable to short-term leases, established in Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23, which regulates the Single Registry of Leases procedure and creates the Digital Single Window for Leases, as well as in Order VAU/1560/2025, of December 22, which approves the information form for short-term leases. According to these regulations, the information form for short-term leases, corresponding to each category and type of lease, must be submitted annually, containing information on the activity carried out during the previous year.
