Available to rent from April 10th to January 2026 for a period of 6 months.
A maximum of 2 people are allowed and pets are not allowed.
Water and electricity costs are not included in the price.
It is distributed on one floor with 1 bedroom, with a window to the outside; 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a very bright living room-kitchen thanks to the large windows it has. It is a very fresh, bright and very quiet apartment.
The complex has a communal pool, from which you can see wonderful views, garden areas and stairs. It also has access via stairs that connects you directly to the beach.
Close to service areas such as bus stops, taxis, supermarkets, leisure areas, shopping centers, restaurants and a short distance from the golf course.

Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. In addition, guests will be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It came into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs will be borne by the landlord.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than residential, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal lease agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
Obligation to comply with current regulations applicable to short-term leases, established in Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23, which regulates the Single Registry of Leases procedure and creates the Digital Single Window for Leases, as well as in Order VAU/1560/2025, of December 22, which approves the information form for short-term leases. According to these regulations, the information form for short-term leases, corresponding to each category and type of lease, must be submitted annually, containing information on the activity carried out during the previous year.
