Available for both long-term stays (minimum 1 year) and the winter season (6 months). Utilities (water and electricity) are not included in the price. Maximum occupancy: 5 people. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Proof of income or advance payment will be required.
The main floor features a large, sunny outdoor terrace (which can also be used as private parking), a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a full bathroom, and a rear terrace ideal for a laundry area. The upper floor has a master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and another full bathroom.

Arguineguín is one of the most sought-after and in-demand destinations in southern Gran Canaria, especially attractive to Nordic tourists. Its surrounding beaches (such as Playa de Las Marañuelas or Playa de El Perchel) are known for their calm, family-friendly waters. The area boasts one of the best microclimates on the planet.
Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification, such as a national identity card (DNI), foreign resident's card (NIE), or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (refundable within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs are the responsibility of the landlord.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than housing, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal lease agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
