We love this little house and it is just waiting for a new owner to come and create the interior spaces that suit their specific needs. The house is in good structural condition with new concrete floor beams and good ceiling heights.

On the land adjacent to the house, there is believed to be a cesspit that can be re-used and the possibility of a natural water source for a well.

This is a project for someone who doesn’t want to tackle structural work and who wants a degree of rural living. The villages of Puerto Lope and Moclín are both close enough so the property is not too remote. However, the house stands alone, with glorious views over rolling hills towards Alcalá la Real.
