The main residence now benefits from underfloor heating, new electrical and plumbing installations, mains water, a contemporary kitchen with high-end appliances, bespoke wardrobes and bathrooms, air conditioning, all new windows, a thermodynamic water heater and a double water pressure pump. The works were carried out with the corresponding licences.
