Townhouse for sale in Aller, Asturias

House with an urban plot in Cuérigo, Aller, Asturias – small in size, great in potential

In Cuérigo, Aller, this unique property is ideal for those who know how to appreciate the opportunities offered by a small urban plot in a truly Asturian setting.

The property comprises an 87 m2 urban residential plot and an existing two-storey building with 24 m2 of built area, currently used as a traditional wood-fired kitchen. A simple foundation, but one with a special appeal: the possibility of developing a project tailored to the future owner’s needs.

The existing building has no bathroom or water supply. It has electricity and is located opposite a public fountain. The sewer system is nearby.

The lean-to roof is in good condition, which is a positive aspect when assessing the existing building and its potential renovation options.

The true potential of this property lies in its status as an urban residential plot. In addition to considering the renovation and adaptation of the existing building, and always in accordance with the applicable planning regulations and subject to obtaining the relevant authorisations, it may be possible to replace the existing structure with a new home designed from scratch.

This makes it an especially attractive option for anyone looking for a small mountain retreat, a second home, a weekend house or a bespoke personal project.

Cuérigo offers a highly valued balance of tranquillity, nature and proximity to services. The surrounding area has public transport, bus and train services, grocery shops, a hardware store, a mechanic’s workshop, restaurants, a medical clinic, a pharmacy and other services needed for everyday life.

A compact property with one feature that greatly increases its possibilities: urban residential land and the freedom to imagine your own project.
