Penthouse for sale in Barcelona city, Barcelona

This fully exterior-facing, renovated penthouse in Sant Gervasi-Galvany is located on the fifth floor of a classic 1920s building with a lift. The property stands out for its abundant natural light and contemporary renovation, which preserves original features including Catalan vaulted ceilings, restored wooden beams, ceramic flooring in the bedrooms and original woodwork.

The apartment offers 58 m² of constructed living space, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a comfortable gallery that works particularly well as a home office or reading area. The new, fully equipped open-plan kitchen blends naturally with the living and dining area, while polished microcement adds continuity and a contemporary character to the space.

The main feature of the property is its private 33 m² terrace with open views towards Tibidabo. A wide opening connects the kitchen and living area directly with the terrace, allowing the outdoor space to function as a natural extension of the home and creating an ideal setting for dining, entertaining or relaxing. The terrace also features an outdoor summer shower.

High ceilings, double-glazed windows and the apartment's fully exterior-facing layout further enhance the sense of space and brightness. A distinctive property for buyers looking for a characterful penthouse with a generous terrace and architectural personality in one of Barcelona's most established residential neighbourhoods.
