Undeveloped Land for sale in Telde, Gran Canaria

Land made up of three plots: two located in Barranco del Negro and the third in Lomo de los Frailes, in T. M. of Telde:

- The first plot has an area of 22,198 m² and a rustic land nature. Inside it, in the arrifes area, there are some farm buildings (alpendres) and haylofts (pajares) of 219 m², as well as a machine and machinist’s house with an area of 399 m². It has a well with a depth of 95 meters and a diameter of 3 m, as well as a pond in the caracol area of 558 m². The well has two pipes (one iron and one cement) that run parallel from the well, crossing Barranco Negro to the Estanque del Caracol, from where they continue to the barranco of Las Bachilleras, crossing it separately. The iron pipe connects to a cement section up to the Estanque de los Picachos, and the cement pipe, after crossing Barranco de las Bachilleras, reaches the Melenara road.

- The second plot has an area of 6,872 m², classified as unconsolidated urban land. It is included in the “Lomo de los Frailes” Action Unit, under the current General Land Use Plan (Plan General de Ordenación) of Telde, with a developable buildable area of 6,509 m² according to the applicable bylaw (B2), and a buildability coefficient of 1.9 m²c/m²s (2 floors in height).

- The third plot is located in Lomo de los Frailes, with an area of 6,642 m² and a land classification of rustic land for agricultural protection.
