Our villas are constructed by an established, family-run building company based in Pinoso, with more than 30 years of experience in the area. The team has successfully completed more than 100 villas, with a further 20 homes currently under construction.

Their reputation has been built through quality workmanship, reliability and a personal approach to every project. Whether you want to alter an existing design or create your new Spanish home from the ground up, there is a high degree of flexibility available. The aim is always to accommodate your ideas wherever technically and legally possible and turn your vision into reality.

Prospective clients can also arrange to visit a selection of previously completed villas, allowing you to see the quality of construction, workmanship, materials and finishes for yourself.

Throughout the entire process, you will be supported and guided step by step, from selecting your plot and villa design through to construction and completion.

What is included with your villa?

Our standard villa specification includes:

2-metre-wide stamped concrete terrace surrounding the swimming pool, with a choice of colour and pattern
1-metre-wide terrace surrounding the house
Gated entrance
Fencing for approximately 3,000 m² of the plot
Pre-installation for ducted air conditioning
Standard fitted kitchen
Security entrance door
German-style tilt-and-turn windows, with sliding windows available if preferred
Built-in fireplace and chimney

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are finished with a choice of fixtures and finishes and include:

Staircase and finishing details

A marble staircase in a choice of cream or grey is included, together with staircase railings and railings to the front porch.

A large fixed glass window is incorporated into the staircase area, helping to bring additional natural light into the property.

For the swimming pool, you can select from different tile finishes and step designs. There is also a choice of granite finishes for the property's exterior steps and window sills.

Energy efficiency and insulation

The villas benefit from approximately 10 cm of insulation around the property, designed to provide excellent thermal efficiency.

The construction specification is designed to achieve at least a B Energy Performance Certificate rating, with many properties achieving an A rating depending upon the size and individual design of the villa.

This improved energy efficiency can help reduce the amount of energy required to heat and cool your home throughout the year.

Building plots

We have a selection of legal building plots available in and around the Alicante countryside.

Whether you would prefer to be within walking distance of a town, surrounded by countryside with greater privacy, or approximately 5–10 minutes by car from local amenities, there are different locations and settings available.

Our plots offer beautiful countryside and mountain views, with mains water and electricity included and access to high-speed internet available.

The minimum plot size generally required for these country villa projects is 10,000 m². Plots are available around Pinoso and numerous surrounding areas.

Paperwork and build process

The required paperwork relating to the build is included, including:

Relevant construction documentation

During construction, clients also receive regular progress updates, including weekly reports and drone photographs.

Estimated key-ready construction time is approximately 7–8 months from the first stage payment, subject to the individual project, licences, agreed specification and construction schedule.

Bespoke country living

Each villa can be personalised to suit the individual owner's style and requirements.

For example, the villa shown in the photographs was further enhanced by its owners with an additional 30 m² guest house, followed later by a BBQ and summer kitchen.

You can also upgrade the standard swimming pool to a 10 m x 5 m pool for €6,000. Single and double garages can be added, while a separate guest house is another optional feature which can be designed and customised to suit your requirements.

Reserving your plot and stage payments

A plot can be reserved for €10,000.

Stage-payment options are available, normally beginning with an initial payment of 30% of the construction cost, excluding the value of the land. At this stage, there is also the option to purchase the plot so that ownership can be registered in your name.

The remaining construction payments can be structured to suit the agreed project, with a typical arrangement consisting of two further 30% payments followed by the final 10% upon completion.

Locations available

In addition to Pinoso and its surrounding countryside, new-build projects may also be available in areas including: Albatera, Hondón de las Nieves, Hondón de los Frailes, Aspe, Monóvar, La Romana, Cañada del Trigo, Sax, Salinas, Dolores and Catral, subject to suitable building plots and land prices.

Around the Alicante wine region, locations including Pinoso, Culebrón, Lel, Úbeda and Raspay offer wonderful countryside settings with views across vineyards, orchards and mountains.

These traditional Spanish towns and villages provide a relaxed lifestyle while still giving you convenient access to everyday amenities. Many available plots are approximately 10 minutes by car from supermarkets, medical facilities, bars, restaurants and other services.

Most are also within approximately 45 minutes of Alicante Airport, Alicante city and the coast.
