Open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar
Large covered terrace with mountain views

Plot, swimming pool and outdoor areas
The property occupies approximately 5,029 m² of fenced land, with several outdoor areas and citrus, almond and olive trees, allowing the owners to produce olive oil for their own consumption. According to the cadastral information, the property has approximately 253 m² of total registered constructed area, of which around 98 m² corresponds to the dwelling. Blanca: nature and year-round living
Blanca is an authentic Spanish town situated in the Ricote Valley, one of the greenest and most distinctive landscapes in the Region of Murcia. Surrounded by mountains, traditional orchards and the River Segura, it retains a welcoming and lively atmosphere throughout the year.
This is not simply a holiday destination. Blanca offers supermarkets, local shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports facilities and a health centre providing family medicine, paediatric care, nursing services and continuous urgent care.
Families have access to public nursery and primary schools, including CEIP Antonio Molina González and CEIP Virgen del Pilar. The town is also home to IES Valle del Segura, a bilingual public school offering secondary education, the Spanish Bachillerato and vocational training.
Cultural activities, traditional festivities and events are held in the centre of Blanca throughout the year. The town is also home to the Pedro Cano Foundation, dedicated to the renowned painter who was born in Blanca.
River and nature activities
The River Segura and the nearby Azud de Ojós reservoir provide numerous opportunities to enjoy the natural surroundings. Activities available in Blanca include rafting, canoeing, kayaking and riverside walks.
The area is also very attractive to hikers, cyclists and nature lovers, with routes through the Ricote Valley featuring viewpoints, mountains, orchards and villages with a rich historical and Moorish heritage.
Archena, renowned for its famous thermal spa, can be reached in approximately 20 minutes. Cieza, known for its spectacular spring blossom, shops and broader range of amenities, is also nearby.
Amenities, shopping and transport
The centre of Blanca, approximately 5 to 10 minutes by car from the property, provides all the essential everyday amenities, including a supermarket, shops, a health centre, pharmacies, schools, a secondary school, restaurants and sports facilities.
Blanca has intercity bus connections to Murcia and other towns in the area. Timetables and frequencies may vary depending on the season. Due to the rural location of the property, having a car is recommended to reach the bus stop in the town centre.

A convenient new connection with the Netherlands
From 30 March 2027, Transavia plans to operate direct flights between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Región de Murcia International Airport three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

A personal note from the owners
We built this house with great enthusiasm and with the belief that it would be our special place to enjoy for many years. Initially, our plan was to spend our holidays here and, when the time came to retire, to have a home where we could enjoy a peaceful and happy chapter of our lives.
Over the past 20 years, we have experienced many important moments of our lives in this house. We enjoyed raising our son here, created many memories and, for me, it has always been my place to relax: somewhere I could arrive and disconnect from everything.
We also dreamed of enjoying our orchard as a hobby, caring for the trees and appreciating the small things that make a home like this so special, all while living in an area that offers every necessary amenity together with the peace and quiet we look for when we are at home.
That is why putting the property on the market causes us great sadness. If we listened only to our hearts, we would keep it. However, life and the circumstances that have arisen over the years mean that, after a great deal of thought, we have had to make this decision.
We are leaving with great sadness, but also with the satisfaction of having enjoyed our home and having lived such an important part of our lives here.
We simply hope that whoever buys the property will enjoy it as much as we have, that they will find their own place of rest here, create their own memories and love and care for the house as much as we have done.
For us, it will always be much more than a house: it will remain part of our story.
A special property for anyone dreaming of space, privacy, nature and authentic Spanish living, without giving up the amenities required for comfortable year-round living.
