Villa for sale in Arboleas, Almería

For sale/Se vende a thriving and profitable bar, café & entertainment venue. A successful business with huge scope to grow.
With new 5-year lease and very reasonable monthly rent.

Looking for an established business here in Arboleas that already generates a good profit — yet currently opens for just 20 hours a week? Then this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Prime, highly visible location on the main road into Arboleas - low premises rental - ample free parking - loyal, local clientele - famous locally for its excellent breakfasts - regular live music & entertainment - huge outdoor entertainment garden - seating for 45 indoors across 3 separate dining areas including large fly-screen enclosed terrace.

Outdoor entertainment capacity of up to 180 people. The business is already thriving and profitable, with a proven customer base and an excellent local reputation — and this has been achieved by currently operating for just 20 hours per week. The current owners have other business interests and can't allocate any further time to bring this business to its full potential. A new owner isn't starting from scratch. The fixtures/fittings, furniture and kitchen are all in place, the clientele is established, the entertainment following is there, regular social groups already use the venue, and there is plenty of opportunity to build on what is already a successful business. Better still, current owners are happy to be available to advise and assist with a smooth handover.

The very large exterior garden is the icing on the cake. It hosts popular entertainment events every Sunday, together with occasional Friday events, and can accommodate up to 180 people. Several established groups also use the venue each month after their own activities and are keen to continue doing so.

And the real opportunity - with only 20 hours of weekly opening, there is considerable scope to increase opening hours, introduce additional food services, extend entertainment, develop daytime trade and increase turnover/profits. In other words, you could take over a profitable, established business and with the input of more time grow it substantially.

Note. The purchase price is for the business, fixtures, kitchen equipment, goodwill and the 5-year lease. It does not include the building, which is a commercial property.

A turn-the-key business. Continue the success. Then take it to the next level.
