Facilities include a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and spacious sunbathing areas, creating much more of a resort-style environment than you would normally find in a purely residential apartment complex.

There is also a poolside bar serving food and drinks, along with reception and other facilities associated with the holiday operation of the complex.

The location is another strong point. Paloma Beach is situated close to the coast in the lower, relatively flat part of Los Cristianos, making it straightforward to walk along the seafront and into the main town centre. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all close by, while the main beaches and centre of Los Cristianos can be reached comfortably on foot.

The apartments at Paloma Beach are also noticeably spacious. This is particularly relevant with the 1 bedroom apartments, which offer considerably more usable living space than many newer holiday apartments in South Tenerife. For that reason, owners often use them for extended winter stays as well as shorter holidays.
