Villa Colorado has impressive all round country views and some of the furniture is also for sale. Entry into the garden is via a sliding metal gate on to the gravelled driveway at the side of the house. This is large enough for 2 to 3 cars and there is plenty of safe on road parking right outside of the property. By the driveway is a large metal shed suitable for all sorts of storage.

The driveway leads into the main rear garden, with numerous covered and uncovered seating areas, along with a wooden shed that has been converted into a bar and games room, complete with a dartboard and other entertainment.

There is also a petanque court with an artificial grass surface and a sturdy above-ground swimming pool with steps and a pumped filtration system.

The gardens wrap around to the front of the property, where you will find the front door and driveway. The gardens are predominantly gravelled for easy, low-maintenance upkeep and feature a lovely variety of mature Mediterranean plants, trees and citrus fruit trees.

Attached to the rear of the villa is a large conservatory which makes an excellent extra living and dining room. Here the main entrance door leads into a spacious fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and plenty of storage and worktops. Next is the very useful utility room.

From the kitchen, a door leads into the huge living and dining room, which features hot and cold air con and a log-burning fireplace. Double doors lead through to a reception hallway, with another door opening out to the front garden and another leading through to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The spacious main bedroom has built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in shower. There are two further guest bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, with one also benefiting from a ceiling fan. A family shower room completes the accommodation.

The villa also has double glazed windows with mosquito blinds, pull done blinds and attractive window grills. Mains water, electricity and internet are connected.
