Finca/Country House for sale in Lorca, Murcia

On a fenced plot of nearly 1800m2 is a beautiful country house. The house has its own drive and garage as well as a rear gate.
The plot has various walled zones including a grove of fruit trees, a play area with storage, a summer kitchen and barbecue, a swimming pool, a porch, and various terraces for sitting and enjoying the sun or the views over the property. The trees and shrubs and other plants are mature and well looked-after, giving a very fresh and warm feeling to the finca. The water supply to the garden, and in fact to the whole plot and house, is agricultural. Only drinking water is brought in.
The house itself is rustic style with big dark wood doors and windowframes. The main front door is gated and leads into a hallway where you can come in from the garage, go upstairs, or into the living room. It houses an ample 200 metres of living space.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped American style kitchen which looks out towards a very spacious living-dining room and doorway out to a rear terrace. Also on the ground floor are 3 double sized bedrooms (one currently in use as a library) and a full bathroom. Upstairs are 4 spacious attic-style bedrooms, one family bathroom, plus a communal area where all the rooms lead off from.
Most rooms have air conditioning, all windows have decorative security bars.
The property is situated in a small urbanization of similar properties surrounded by the green agricultural fields of the area. A short drive away you have the busy historic city of Lorca, plus just kilometres away by fast roads are the excellent beaches of Aguilas.
