Building Plot for sale in Ses Salines, Mallorca

A substantial country house is planned for a plot of over 14,000 m², with architecture inspired by traditional Mallorcan design. Natural stone façades, light rendered surfaces, tiled roofs and wooden shutters define the exterior. The concept combines regional architectural features with an open plan layout and extensive terraces that bring the garden into the overall living experience.

The proposed house comprises four bedrooms, including generously proportioned suites with their own bathrooms. On the ground floor, the open plan living and dining area, with exposed wooden beams and a fireplace, forms the heart of the home. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the terraces. The kitchen, featuring a central island and bar, is integrated into the living area. A separate wine cellar with a natural stone wall and glazed doors adds another distinctive element to the layout.

The outdoor areas are designed around the Mediterranean way of life. A covered veranda with pergola, a summer kitchen with dining area and a patio create a variety of places to relax and entertain. The planned garden includes olive trees, palms, lavender and other Mediterranean plants. The proposed swimming pool will be complemented by a sunken seating area with a fire feature.

The project also includes a garage for two vehicles, a basement with plant and storage areas, and additional ancillary rooms. Cisterns are planned for rainwater storage. Electricity and water connections are already available at the boundary of the plot.

For those looking to buy a plot with a country house project in Mallorca, this property offers the basis for creating a home tailored to individual preferences, combining traditional architecture, generous outdoor spaces and a clearly organised living layout.

The asking price is for the plot and project only. Construction costs are not included.
