Villa for sale in Benalup, Cádiz

A villa with all everyday living on the ground floor, plus a lower ground floor, in a gated community next to the Benalup golf course, with a twelve-metre infinity pool facing south-west towards the fairway and the sunset. Renovated, furnished and ready to move into or to rent out: it has been registered as a holiday rental since 2018.

Everyday life happens on the ground floor, with no steps: an entrance hall with guest WC, a large living and dining room under a four-sided timber roof with a wood-burning fireplace, an open kitchen and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a large bath, twin basins and a separate WC.

The living room opens fully onto the pergola terrace and the porch, and from there to the 12 × 6 m infinity pool with outdoor shower and underwater lights. Beyond the pool lies the golf course, with direct buggy access from the plot.

The lower ground floor holds a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom for guests, plus the laundry, the water tank with pressure pump and a small pantry. The finishes are the kind no one builds any more: solid teak flooring on the ground floor and terraces, Moroccan tadelakt walls, teak interior joinery and tropical-hardwood windows and doors.
