Constructed in 2005 and with easily the best location within the private Mostalla Urbanisation, this spacious villa – significantly upgraded by the current owners – offers excellent living space, a variety of private terraces, floodlit gardens, wonderful sea and mountain views, outdoor dining areas, and a fabulous pool deck overlooking the orange groves to the long sandy beaches, which are only a short drive away.

We access the property through a large electric entrance gate, which leads to a mountainside dining area that can host a large dining table. We enter the top floor via street level and are greeted by a hallway. On this level, we have two double bedrooms, a family shower bathroom, a very modern and fully fitted kitchen, and a spacious living/dining room with a log burner and air-conditioning. This leads out onto a terrace that overlooks the orange groves, the mountains, and the sea. From here we can go down some steps and reach the pool area.

An internal staircase leads to the lower level. This level consists of a large double bedroom with its own dressing area, air-conditioning, and access to a private terrace to enjoy the views. There is a separate area that is used as an office, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a fully fitted kitchen, and another spacious living/dining room with air-conditioning. From the lounge and the bedroom, we have direct access to the pool area, which is on the same level.

Finally, an external staircase leads to the separate independent guest apartment. It consists of two large double bedrooms and two shower bathrooms (one of the bedrooms is en-suite), a large kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area. All rooms have uninterrupted sea views.

The pool decking is perfect for entertaining family and friends. It benefits from a 10x5 metre swimming pool.
