Villa for sale in Casares Golf - Casares del Sol, Casares, Málaga

Villa Horizon: a contemporary off plan villa in Finca Cortesín
Villa Horizon is an off plan villa inside the Finca Cortesín estate in Casares, on the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Sotogrande. Its strongly horizontal architecture stretches across the landscape like a contemporary platform, with long, elegant volumes that reach outwards to form generous terraces and open-air living areas framing the surrounding views and the distant horizon.

Inside, the rooms unfold in a calm, generous sequence that follows the movement of light through the day. Outside, the infinity pool extends the architecture visually into the landscape, so that house and horizon read as one continuous line.

Living in Finca Cortesín
Finca Cortesín is a 215-hectare estate in the hills of Casares, with the Mediterranean on one side and the Casares mountains on the other. It is laid out with wide landscaped avenues and low building density, which gives it a quiet, private feel despite being so close to the coast. Its 18-hole, par 72 championship course, a Cabell Robinson design, hosted the Volvo World Match Play Championship in 2009, 2011 and 2012 and the Solheim Cup in 2023.

The estate is also home to a five-star hotel with 67 suites, a 2,200 m² spa, the Michelin-starred restaurant Kabuki Raw, tennis and padel courts and a beach club on Bahía de Casares, about 1.5 km from the hotel. Beyond the gates, Valderrama, Real Club de Golf Sotogrande and La Reserva are all within about 20 minutes by car. For day-to-day life, Estepona has supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and an international school, and Sotogrande adds its own international school and padel and tennis clubs. Marbella is roughly 30 minutes away and Málaga airport about 50.
