Villa for sale in Benissa, Alicante

Villa in Benissa, Racó de Galeno, in an elevated position with wide, unobstructed views over the Mediterranean, the coastline of Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach. The view is a big part of this house: you see it from the main living spaces, several bedrooms, the terraces and, of course, from the infinity pool.

The villa sits on a plot of approximately 1,500 m² and offers around 267 m² built over two floors, connected by lift.

Inside, the living and dining area has a double-height ceiling and opens towards the terraces through large glass doors. The interior combines natural materials such as oak, stone, rattan and neutral finishes, while the open kitchen has a central island, oak cabinetry and natural stone worktops.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite, together with a guest toilet and laundry room. Several bedrooms open directly towards the terraces and views, while the upper floor also has its own panoramic terrace.

Outside, the heated infinity pool sits directly in front of the sea view and is complemented by covered and open terraces, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower. There are several places around the plot to sit outside, as well as parking and additional storage beneath the house.

The villa is well equipped technically, with a home automation system controlling lighting, climate, blinds, security, irrigation and several pool functions. Solar panels provide part of the electricity, while the pool is heated by a heat pump and fitted with solar slats.

Other features include an EV charging point, alarm system, electric entrance gate, double glazing, water reservoir and a Quooker tap. The existing furniture can also be included if desired.

Racó de Galeno is a quiet residential area above Benissa Costa and Calpe. Benissa Costa and Calpe are around ten minutes away by car, while Moraira is approximately fifteen minutes away.
