Apartment for sale in Hacienda Riquelme Golf, Murcia city, Murcia

This stunning spacious apartment really has it all, lots of indoor and outdoor living space, two terraces with lake views on both sides, a large kitchen, and is situated just a short walk from the restaurant, clubhouse, and supermarket in Hacienda Riquelme. Situated on the second floor, the apartment not only has spectacular views, it also enjoys plenty of sunshine all year from the main terrace, which is south-facing.

The apartment opens into a spacious living and dining room with air conditioning and modern contemporary furniture: a white round dining table with grey dining chairs, a stone-coloured sofa and armchair, and modern coffee tables and units to create a modern and restful atmosphere. There is a curved feature wall and patio doors leading to the main terrace, with spectacular views over the golf course and lake.

The living room leads to the kitchen, the largest type in Hacienda Riquelme, remodelled with modern kitchen units on both sides and a black Silestone worktop to provide plenty of workspace, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, and extractor. A hallway from the living room leads to the bathroom on the left-hand side; it comes with a shower cubicle, modern vanity unit, and WC. The washing machine and tumble dryer are situated behind the door.

There are two double bedrooms at the rear of the apartment, both leading to the second terrace. The first bedroom on the left is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning, with views of the golf course and lake at the rear of the apartment. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe, patio doors to the second terrace, and the same great views. The apartment is sold fully furnished.

The apartment is in a well-maintained building, with lift access from the ground floor to the apartment and to the underground parking space and shared storage room. The apartment block is surrounded by beautiful gardens bordering the golf course at the spectacular Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, with 19 pools, tennis, paddle tennis, a driving range, 24-hour security, Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a supermarket, and a restaurant.

A great place to live or as a holiday home, just 20 minutes from the coast, 20 minutes from the airport, and 5 minutes from the local Spanish village.
