Villa for sale in Beniarbeig, Alicante

Finca Segaria is just a short walk from the pretty village of Beniarbeig wich enjoys sufficient facilities for everyday life. Schools, shops, restaurants and pretty river walks.
Just a 5 minute drive from Ondara shopping center and about a 10 minute drive to the coast of Denia, it is a superb location as you have the peace and tranquility of a country home and the proximity of everything you'd possibly need in daily life.
The property is on a raised hillock and has 10,000m2 of agricultural, flat land that would be suitable for either growing fruit and also has the potential for equestrian activities.
The Finca itself is gated and fenced. Within the fenced area is a large terrace, parking, garage and a private swimming pool with incredible views of the Segaria mountain range. There is a covered terrace at the front of the property and is connected to the living room and open kitchen. On the ground floor is the lounge, diner, modern kitchen, utility room and a bedroom and converted dressing room that was previously a bedroom. There is plenty of space. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a sunny terrace with superb views.
This finca would make an ideal family home and equally serve as a fantastic holiday home to escape the grey skies of the north. The Costa Blanca North has so much to offer. Pretty towns from Denia to Altea and an amazing Coastlne that would match any in the world.
