Playa del Torres
A 560-metre beach with Blue Flag status, framed by a protected stretch of coast and the Colada de la Costa coastal path that leads to La Cala. The colourful old town of Villajoyosa is about 2 km away, Benidorm around 15 minutes and Alicante airport around 40 minutes by car.

Villajoyosa – an investment with a view
Apartment prices in Villajoyosa have risen by around 18% over the past year (recent market data), and sea-view homes near the beach are in demand all year round – from summer holidaymakers to long-stay winter guests. Gross rental yields for comparable properties on the Costa Blanca are commonly estimated at about 4–6% for long-term lets, and can be higher for holiday lets.
