Apartment for sale in Istán, Málaga

Exclusive apartments with the best panoramic views, located in the highest part of the new Almazara Boutique Residences development.
All the houses are oriented to the South-Southwest and have open views towards the bay of Marbella, the Moroccan coast and Gibraltar.
The project is made up of 4 residential buildings of contemporary style and "open plan" design, but with a studied rustic aesthetic that integrates into the natural environment that surrounds it. The buildings, only three storeys high, house apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms and penthouses with a solarium with large terraces, a community pool with well-kept gardens of native plants, many of them recovered from the area itself. 2 or 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments and penthouses, all of them equipped with a kitchenette integrated into the living-dining room.
The brightly lit living rooms open onto the large terraces thanks to their large windows.
Other amenities such as a storage room and underground parking for each home, swimming pool for adults and children, and large garden areas.
Likewise, the urbanization is provided with public accesses enabled within the natural area in which it is located, with more than 5 hectares of forest through which you can walk, relax and enjoy nature.
A few kilometers from Almazara Hills we find the famous Puerto Banús, as well as the urban center and beaches of Marbella, international schools, the Manolo Santana Tennis Club, the best golf courses and shopping and leisure centers in Nueva Andalucía.
