Townhouse for sale in Alcaudete, Jaén

On entering there is a good sized reception room with air conditioning and to the front of it is a good sized family bathroom with a walk in shower, wc, bidet and vanity unit with sink. Steps lead up then into a large dining room off this room is another room currently being used for storage however ideal for a bedroom. Beyond the dining room there is then a very large family lounge and off this is a very large room with a fireplace that was once the kitchen- there are endless possibilities for this room. To the left of the dining room there is then access into a modern fully fitted kitchen. A door leads out to a pretty tiled courtyard and steps then up to a large outbuilding. A few steps more then lead into a large garden filled with fruit trees (oranges and lemons) and two large outbuildings and views of the town's castle which is illuminated at night time. This area is a great size and could even house a pool if desired with room for patios and terraces to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine.

From the dining room a staircase leads up to the first floor where there are immediately two good size front facing bedrooms one having air conditioning. A few further steps then lead up to a landing area where there is a very large bedroom (currently used for storage) then a second large bedroom and to the rear of this is another smaller room which could either be used for storage or with the roof off would make a beautiful sun terrace overlooking the garden.

This is a good solid property with a courtyard, outbuildings and a garden. It has been very well cared for so there is no work to do, you can simply move in and enjoy it. It is ideal as a holiday home or for full time living.
