Construction is already underway, with the structural foundations completed, and the villa is planned to be finished in approximately 5 to 6 months.

Please note that the image showing the completed villa is of another recently finished property by the same builder, built in a very similar style and design. It is intended to give buyers an indication of how the finished villa will look, while the property currently being advertised is still under construction.

The Villa

The villa will offer approximately 130 m² of constructed area, arranged entirely on one level with a practical and modern layout.

Inside, the property will feature three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it well suited as either a permanent family home or a comfortable holiday property.

A private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool is included with the property, creating an ideal outdoor area for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

The area surrounding the swimming pool will be finished with approximately 2 metres of stamped concrete, providing plenty of practical space for sun loungers, seating and outdoor furniture.

The villa itself will also benefit from approximately 1 metre of stamped concrete around the perimeter of the house, creating a clean and low-maintenance finish immediately surrounding the property.
