Built in 1940 on a plot of approximately 2,000 m², the property comprises the main residence and an elegant guest house, surrounded by magnificent outdoor spaces. The gardens, swimming pool, relaxation areas and various terraces create an exceptional setting for enjoying the climate and lifestyle of Sitges all year round.

The main residence

Laid out over four floors and equipped with a lift, the villa offers six bedrooms and a carefully balanced combination of formal reception rooms and areas designed for everyday comfort.

The main entrance leads to a spacious hallway that gives access to the different rooms on this floor. The large living room, together with the various sitting areas, forms an elegant and generous space where large windows let natural light and the Mediterranean landscape take centre stage.

The interiors stand out for their noble finishes, including polished marble, as well as natural woods and fibres that bring warmth and personality. The design of the day areas encourages a flow between spaces while showcasing the impressive sea views.

This floor also houses the dining room and a large sitting room, in addition to the main living room, a study and a guest toilet. The separate, fully equipped kitchen completes this part of the home.

The first floor is mainly devoted to rest. The main suite occupies a privileged position and enjoys extraordinary space. Its terrace looks out over the Mediterranean, while the terrace attached to the bathroom offers views of the villa’s large garden.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, minibar, plasma TV, safe and a large dressing area with built-in wardrobes and abundant storage space.

This floor also has two double bedrooms, both with a private bathroom and TV. One of them has a terrace and sea views, while the other faces the garden and also has access to a terrace.

On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms and a separate multi-purpose area, currently furnished with a double sofa bed.

The home has a sixth bedroom on the lower floor, a versatile space that can also be used as staff accommodation. It has two beds and a full bathroom with shower. The laundry area is also on this level, providing a practical service area separate from the rest of the home.

Independent guest house

One of the property’s great attractions is its guest house, set independently within the plot and surrounded by greenery.

This space has a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a cosy sitting room and a small fitted kitchen. The living room has a sofa, a marble table and a TV, and opens onto the gardens.

The house also has its own private terrace with an outdoor seating area, offering family and guests a high level of independence and privacy.

Below the guest house is a parking area for several vehicles.

Gardens and outdoor spaces

The outdoor areas are an essential part of this residence. The villa is surrounded by large private gardens that visually separate the main house from the guest house and create different areas for relaxing and socialising.

Between the two is the swimming pool, accompanied by a fountain and generous relaxation areas. The property also has an outdoor area with a barbecue and dining area, minibar, changing rooms with shower and toilet… ideal for hosting outdoor gatherings and enjoying long days by the Mediterranean.

A unique beachfront residence of grand proportions, with exceptional outdoor spaces, independent guest accommodation and a privileged location in Sitges. A property designed for those seeking privacy, space and a direct connection with the Mediterranean lifestyle.
